1. Topline -- Gently sloping , slightly higher at the withers at the hips.2. The back line appearing practically level from the shoulders to the loin.
3. The upper arm is of sufficient length to place the elbow under point of the shoulder.
4. When the tail is extended toward the head it reaches at least halfway to the withers.
5. Proportion -- Square: length from forechest to buttocks equal height from withers to ground.
6. Back muscular with no dip behind the withers or roach over the loin.
7. Slightly longer from point of shoulder to rump than from withers to ground.
8. Moderate angulation, with long shoulders sloping into the muscles of the back, clean at thewithers.
9. The topline dips slightly behind the withers, slightly rising over the short, broad loin.
10. The shoulders are elastic but never loose with moderate breadth at the withers.
