本人2013年正式接任版主，回想本人在杜宾圈混迹多年，从默默无闻到现在能够独立认识杜宾，不禁多为感叹。从新人小菜到现在的自称骨灰，心路历程也不免坎坷，人世间的世态炎凉在这圈里也表现的淋漓尽致。2013年本人不会将全部精力在放到杜宾上，就发此一贴，算是继往开来，真心希望真正热爱这个犬种的你们能够静下心来，花上半个小时看看这个帖子，不是因为我为这个帖子花了一周的时间，只是想让大家都玩的明白，不用再人云亦云。
套用一个商业典故，一流企业做标准，二流企业做品牌，三流企业做产品，希望此贴能让广大爱好者迅速提升水平，告别看图时代迎来识字新时代。更希望广大爱好者看完后能够思索下，发现什么问题提出来，大家讨论下，因为我只是个翻译者，不是制造者。红色字是我翻译的，黑色的是现在国内的翻译，下面有英文原文
再说一句废话，曾经攻击过我的马甲，我不会记恨你们，但是我希望下次攻击的时候拿点文化底蕴出来。

特别声明当我们学习德系杜宾标准的时候，我们采用的是官方FCI第143标准，这个标准有很多的错误和失误。产生这些问题和错误主要是因为以下原因：
一从德文翻译的翻译错误
二对犬的英语术语了解的少
三添加了德文版中没有的翻译
因为这些问题的存在让英文版本本身就有问题，在以讹传讹的翻译成法文和西班牙版，导致更多的错误出现。
P.S.: When studying the Dobermann BreedStandard, please be advised that the official “English FCI translation” of theBreed Standard No 143 contains serious errors and mistakes.  These existing shortcomings can be classifiedas follows:
• Blatantmis-translations of the German text
• Poor Englishwith regard to canine terminology
• Additions oftext which does not exist in the German original
Furthermore, it seems, this faulty Englishtranslation has been used as the basis for the French and Spanish translations,thus carrying forward into these languages the same errors and mistakes.

杜宾犬的名字是来自它的繁殖者Friedrich LouisDobermann (02.01.1834 – 09.06.1894)。

杜博文先生是一位收税官同时也是一名流浪犬管理员（类似于中国的打狗办），因为这个工作的原因，他所饲养的狗必须是凶猛的。因此杜宾最开始被定义的角色为屠夫狗（针对流浪狗采取屠杀的方式进行管理？），我们也看到当时的社会环境也说明犬的繁殖是可以采用杂交的方式（说明杜宾是一种杂交犬）。杜宾的血统中有罗威那（带来黑色和红色印记）。上世纪70年（1870年），杜博文先生杂交出杜宾这个品种，杜宾不仅仅拥有高度的警觉性，更重要的是拥有护卫性，因此杜宾经常用于防卫犬和警用犬，（杜宾不具有大的杀伤性，不作为烈性犬和杀人犬存在）由于杜宾在大哥中的广泛使用，因此获得了Gendarmen Hunde的昵称（Gendarmen Hunde德语就是警犬的意思，这不废话吗），杜宾在狩猎方面主要是起控制大型动物的作用（还是说明不具备大杀伤力），杜宾在世纪之交成为官方认可的警犬之一。（应该是在1900年这期间）
杜宾繁殖追求是一种中等体型的犬，体格强健，肌肉丰满，在这个前提下近最大可能的保留优雅和高贵。（中等体型，强健等是前提，在这个条件下再去追求优雅和高贵，换句话说前提才是最重要的？）杜宾最适合作为伴侣犬、护卫犬和工作犬，同样也适合作为一只家庭犬。

The Dobermann Breed is the only breed which carries the name of it’sfirst known breeder, Friedrich Louis Dobermann (02.01.1834 – 09.06.1894).  He was reputed to have been a tax collectoras well as municipal dog catcher with the legal right to catch all straysdogs.  From this reservoir of dogs hebred with animals of especially high sharpness. The most important role in thecreation of the Dobermann Breed was most certainly played by the so-called‘butcher dogs’, which could be considered as relatively pure bred allowing forthe circumstances prevailing at that time. These dogs were a kind of forerunner of todays Rottweiler, crossed witha type of Shepherd which existed in ‘Thüringen’ as a black dog with rust redmarkings.  In the seventies of the lastcentury Mr. Dobermann bred with this mixture of dogs. Thus he obtained ‘hisbreed’, i.e. working dogs, which were not only watchful but also had a veryhigh protective instinct.  They were oftenused as guard and police dogs.  Theirextensive use in the police service led to the nickname ‘Gendarmen Hunde’. Inhunting they were mostly used to control large vermin.  Under these circumstances it was inevitablethat the Dobermann  was officiallyrecognised as a police dog already at the turn of this century.  Dobermann breeding strives for a mediumsized, powerful and muscularly built dog, which in spite of all it’s substanceretains elegance and nobility.  TheDobermann should to a high degree be suitable as a companion, protection andworking dog as well as a family dog.

一 整体外观
杜宾是中等体型的犬，体格强健，肌肉丰满。因为它优雅的体型，自信坚定的站立，他警觉的天性和绝不妥协的表情，杜宾对应着标准解剖学中最理想的骨骼图。

二 重要比例：杜宾犬的身体几乎呈正方形，特别是公犬更应该接近正方形。对公犬来说从胸骨到坐骨的距离不要长于从马肩隆到地面的距离的5%，对母犬来说为10%。（国内翻译是对公犬来说从肩膀到臀部的距离不要长于从马肩隆到地面的距离的5%，对母犬来说为10%这里标准只提到可以身体长的情况，但是没有提到体长短的情况）

三 性格
杜宾基本的性情应该是安静和友善的，（安静的也是否说明杜宾不应该是有神经质的？也包括不爱叫吗？），它对家庭充满感情，甚至有点溺爱孩子。理想的性格应该是适中的性情（不死板也不过分热情）、适中的锐度（应该是指对外界的反映，也是对外的攻击性），适中的刺激阈（这个是关键了百度下刺激阈值（stimulus threshold）是指释放一个行为反应所需要的最小刺激强度，这说明杜宾必须要有一定的抗压性，不是火药桶一点就着）。因为杜宾良好的服从性和热衷工作的天性，应当特别注意它的护卫天性，打斗天性，勇气和强度。（杜宾是良好的工作犬，但是作为家庭饲养也要考虑到它毕竟不是金毛之类的没有攻击性的狗），更加要注意杜宾的自信，适当警觉杜宾对周边环境的态度（这里应该是说不要让杜宾的自信变成自大，不服管教，因为攻击性还是要注意的）
行为与性情：杜宾犬的性情是友善的，镇静的，忠实于家庭并且喜欢和孩子相处。综合的气质，在它的主人的命令下能激发它猛烈的进攻，和主人能形成很好的默契，容易训练。它对工作非常投入，有很好的工作能力。有足够的勇气，冷酷的表情。它被塑造成自信，无畏的性格，在公共场合中有很好的可塑性。

4 头部
4.1头盖骨
头盖骨---坚硬，强壮，和身体成一定的比例（皮萨罗的文章中说的比例和肩高比是4：10）. 头部成楔形。从前面看头顶线要直， 不能低于耳根，头顶骨于鼻梁保持平行，眉骨不能突出。颅骨沟可见，枕骨不突出，从前面或者上面看头部应该是对称的（不存在左右大小不对称）无论从顶部或前面望去都不能显露出太多的垂肉。上嘴唇与面颊骨要与头部的长度有协调的比例，头部的肌肉发育完好。额段不能太大，但要轮廓分明。

Skull:
Powerful and in proportion to thebody.  Seen from  above the head resembles a blunt wedge.  The transverse line at  the top  of the skull as seen from thefront should run almost horizontal and not fall away towards the ears.  The skull line is a parallel continuation ofthe nose line and falls away towards the nape of the neck in a slight curve.  The eyebrow arches are well developed but notprotruding.  The skull furrow is justvisible.  The occiput should not beprominent.  As seen from the front andfrom above the sides of the head are flat and not rounded.  The slight lateral rounding of the upper jawand the facial crest must be in harmony with  the  overall length  of  the head.   The  head muscles  are  powerfully developed.  The stop is small, but clearly and visiblydeveloped.

Muzzle: The muzzle should be powerfullydeveloped and be in proportion to the skull. The muzzle is deep and the gape should reach as far back as the molars.  Good width of muzzle must be present in thearea of the upper and lower incisors.

版主辛苦了，这可是好东西，置顶或者射精吧。这里有几点跟我原来的理解不太一样。
1、胸深问题，我觉得还是到肘标准，起码到肘应该更协调。
2、黑色斑块，我一直比较看中这个，感觉在褐色的斑上有黑色的斑块，非常难看，有些玩家认为这是黑色素深，其实就是失格。
3、头部和吻部的比例问题，我觉得1：1的比例显得头部吻短，应该吻部稍长一点点更好看一些，而且张开嘴后，可以露出最后一颗牙齿。
4、关于宽鼻比圆鼻好，我认为因为宽的鼻子的狗，吻部都比较宽，如果鼻子小而圆，就是尖嘴吧那类杜宾，所以这个应该算是对吻部宽度的要求。

来支持一下御翎尉，煞费苦心，为我们带来更加原汁原味的标准，膜拜一下。
这里也为御翎尉做个补充，标准更多的针对成年杜宾，正在成长中的杜宾与成年杜宾还是有很大的不同，比如肌肉、背线、头骨的厚重程度等等，这些都会在以后的成长中不断变化，不可千篇一律按照标准去要求，如果按照标准去要求自己的小狗，相信所有未成年杜宾都会有不符合标准之处，原因就在于此。另外我认为杜宾真正的成熟期是在3岁以后。
所以希望标准还是活学活用，说自己的杜宾不够强壮，实际上才7,8个月，正是杜宾所谓的拉条尴尬期，怎么可能粗壮，何况每个杜宾因为遗传类型不一样，发育早晚也各有不同。我补充这么点。
